Ms. Shank is the President and CEO of Phacia Inc., a private Raleigh based mobile app development company since Spring 2011.
Prior to starting this new development business, Ms. Shank was Executive Account Manager for TrialCard, Inc. of Cary, NC. She was responsible for advising pharmaceutical brand leaders in mapping tailored programs to propel return on investment by offering solutions to support direct-to-consumer, professional marketing, Patient Assistance Programs, and Phase IV clinical trials, while driving brand awareness and customer loyalty and retention. She integrated industry expertise with an understanding of clients’ individual goals to deliver optimal program recommendations.
